Landmine Workshop

Join Korrect Fitness Coaches Michael Palser and Leo Savage for a hands-on Landmine Workshop focused on developing strength, coordination, and intentional movement.

This immersive session will guide participants through:

  • Intent & Posture — establishing control and body awareness
  • Coiling Drills — building rotational strength and stability
  • Screwdriver Series — refining shoulder mobility and mechanics
  • Split Jerk Series — enhancing power and precision
  • Split Clean Series — improving efficiency and explosiveness
  • Tying It All Together — integrating full-body movement patterns through Spinal Engine Theory

This workshop is designed for all fitness levels and will deepen your understanding of movement mechanics while expanding your landmine training skills.

Hyrox Race Simulation

We're running our 5th race simulation to test our race fitness ahead of HYROX DALLAS! Join us as a single athlete or with a partner as we complete a FULL HYROX race - all 8 stations and 8 runs. 

You can compete as a:

  • single athlete open
  • single athlete pro
  • same-gender doubles team - run together, split the stations up
  • mixed doubles team (uses men's open weights) - run together, split the stations up see heat designations below!

HOW TO SIGN UP (REQUIRES TWO STEPS FROM BOTH PARTNERS:)

  1. Register and Pay: book your ticket on Sweatpals  - all athletes, including both doubles partners, must pay on Sweatpals!
    1. Members: $25
    2. Non-members: $50
  2. RESERVE YOUR HEAT TIME ON MOVEMINT:
    1. Reserve your heat time: https://www.movemint.cc/events/KORRECT-Sim-Oct-2025
    2. If you do not reserve a heat time, you will be auto-assigned a time, likely near the end of the 8-12pm window. Both partners need to reserve their heat time and list their partner's name

WHEN DO I SHOW UP? AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR HEAT TIME to check-in, understand the course order, and warm up. All athletes have full day access to our sauna, cold plunges, and recovery area including Normatec boots and Inbody scans

SCHEDULE:

7:45am - announcements and course walk-thru

8:00am - first heat starts!

8:00am - 12:00pm - heats of 6 athletes go every 8 minutes

12:00pm - pizza party begins and elite heat starts their race!
